Hi-Life Bar & Grill-Manhattan
Hi-Life Bar and Grill located in the Upper West Side is a restaurant with sidewalk seating all year round. They have barriers on the sides to help block the wind as well as heaters for when it gets cold. They had a large variety of food from sushi to burgers and had great old-school New York vibes. They let Benji sit at our feet and brought him a water bowl to enjoy while we dined.
We give this spot 3 paws because it isn't an all weather spot.
