If you're looking for an adorable dog friendly cafe and wine bar on the Upper East Side, check out Stella & Fly. We visited with our friends Rocky and Dolce and had a great time sharing a bottle of wine in their cozy, welcoming space. The upstairs has a full bar with tables throughout, and the basement has a few more tables, a fireplace, and some games. They also offer cocktails, beer, mocktails, and cafe drinks, plus some tasty pastries. The pups were greeted with treats, and the staff was incredibly friendly, making this a perfect spot to hang out with your dogs, day or night.

We give this spot 4/4 paws for being dog friendly all year round!
