The Grey Dog Chelsea-Manhattan
The Grey Dog in Chelsea is a fantastic dog-friendly spot! Not only do they have “dog” in their name, but they also welcomed Benji inside with no problem (though we’ve heard larger dogs might be asked to sit in their outdoor seating area). They had a spacious, covered, and enclosed outdoor area that has been taken down for the winter, and it is unclear if they will bring it back in the spring.
Benji was immediately given a travel water bowl, showing they truly care about their canine guests. We loved their delicious food, great pescatarian options, and happy hour specials for both food and drinks. The Chelsea location has been consistently wonderful during our visits, and while The Grey Dog has other locations around the city, we can’t guarantee they’re all as dog-friendly.
