8th Annual Pawlloween
Hello, my name is Ruben Santana, dog groomer, pet fashion designer, and the Cultural King of the Bronx Puerto Rican Day Parade 2025. I am excited to invite you and your furry friend to my community event, Pawlloween!This fun-filled event is a chance for dogs and owners to compete for the title of Best in Show Halloween Costume. The mission of Pawlloween is to bring pet owners together and promote responsible pet ownership while celebrating our community and our pets.
