Mad Donkey-Queens
Looking for a fun dog friendly bar with games and a lively crowd? Check out Mad Donkey in Astoria, Queens! They host trivia every Monday and Bingo every Tuesday, and we had such a fun time playing bingo. We even won the first round and scored some free shots! After bingo, there’s a paper airplane contest for another prize, though mine didn’t make it far. 😂 The atmosphere is friendly with lots of regulars, but newcomers (especially with a cute pup) fit right in. Dogs are welcome inside and we weren’t the only ones with a furry friend in tow. 🐾

They also serve food with a few vegetarian options, though it’s a bit pricey for bar food. Overall, Mad Donkey is a great spot to hang out, especially on a Monday or Tuesday night!
We give this spot 3.5/4 paws because it is dog friendly all year round but a bit expensive for a bar.
