The Standard Plaza-Manhattan
The Standard Plaza is a great spot that serves drinks, food and is dog friendly! While it is technically outdoors, it is fully covered and has so many heaters you feel like you’re in a little tropical oasis, especially with all the palm tree decor! It is located right under the south end of the High Line, which unfortunately dogs are not allowed on, but they can hang out here!
Craft + Carry UES-Manhattan
Craft + Carry on the Upper East side is a great taproom that is dog friendly! They have several locations all around the city, but we did hear that some are less dog friendly than others so make sure you check with your local one before trying to bring your dog.

Callahan-Kelly Park Dog Run-Brooklyn
Callahan-Kelly Park Dog Run is one of Brooklyn’s newest dog runs just opened in August 2023. It is a beautiful dog run with two completely separate sections in the newly renovated Callahan-Kelly Park right by the Broadway Junction train station. The sides aren’t separated by small or large dogs, as they are similar in size.
Jemmy's Dog Run-Manhattan
Jemmy’s Dog Run is a dog run in Madison Square Park that was newly renovated as of August 2022 and has grown in popularity since then! The park is named after James "Jemmy" Madison and Madison Square Park claims that The Village Voice named the park as the #1 dog run in NYC (but I scoured the internet and couldn't find this article?).
McGrowl-Lick Dog Run-Brooklyn
McGrowl-Lick Park Dog Run an awesome dog run located inside of McGolrick Park in South Greenpoint. Adorable name aside, this dog run is a great spot with two sections for small and all dogs, water bowls with hoses to fill them with fresh water, a pebble surface, and plenty of naturally shaded picnic tables for humans to relax while their dogs run around.
