This park near the seaport district is tucked under the FDR highway which gives it coverage from sun and rain allowing you to run around more days than most parks. It is a fully paved park with quite a few enrichment elements like large stumps, tunnels and sculptures that your dogs can run around on. Unlike most parks that separate large and small dogs, this only has one section.
